This app needs to seriously fix it’s issues will playback/launching as well as BET+ . There is also too many ads in these shows/movies etc, 1 ad is long enough. we’re sick and tired of being interrupted especially when it’s time to relax and watch tv.

Need Better way access
Y’all need to make it so that you can pay for the app to watch the shows you shouldn’t have to have some type of cable connection to be able to access VH1 that defeats the purpose cause what if you don’t have Wi-Fi you just want to pay to use the actual app

Can’t cast to my tv
Every time I cast to my smart tv it plays fine until a commercial break and then the app kicks me out of cast, or the video becomes completely unavailable. I have to watch commercials 3-6 times over and over again until it finally will resume the show through casting and then have the same problem all over again the next commercial break. I hate using this app, but it’s the only place I can watch basketball wives.

Horrible
It has one star because at least it makes some episodes accessible if missed but you make that process misery and a massive waste of time . Equal commercials as live tv if not more? Come on then you fool us into a five minute ad at the end of an episode just to end the episode lol. I finally deleted it if I can’t see my shows I just can’t see my shows, I’m not paying for BET+ for one show so yup horrible app just remove it like MTV did .

Too many ads !!!!
Way too many ads, I watch more ads than the actual show itself. It’s ridiculous, and you can’t even make the screen small when the ads are playing which is so stupid. And everytime I close the app , and I open it back up it’s stuck on the ad and crashes… and then you have to watch the ads ALL OVER AGAIN. FIX IT VH1.

Way too many ads deleting app
I downloaded the app an hour ago and im removing it right now. It makes no sense that when i minimize the show i am getting ads literally every 2 mins that last 3 min and i have to watxh them in order to get back to the show it makes you not even want to watch the show anymore. Id rather find somewhere that pirate’s the episodes or streams them for free before i watch it on this app. ESPECIALLY when you have a vh1 subscription it should never be this many ads. What is the point of the subscription? An awful app and an awful subscription. No stars if i could.

this is a terrible app!! i can’t watch ANY shows without the help of ads !? not to mention you have to require a tv provider to watch certain shows. what’s the point ?!😤 will never use again !! VH1 you have lost a customer ! PU HO

Constant ads and pausing
This app just does NOT play what you want to watch without it pausing after commercials, all 35 of them too! 2 minutes at time, before your program and then 55 seconds into your the program! App is trash fr! It’s supposed to PLAY… simple!

Love the shows on here but the amount of ads in one episode is mental! Recap/opening credits, 3 ads, little bit of show maybe 10 minutes, SAME 3 ads you just saw, another little bit of show, 2 ads, little bit of show, 2 ads, and on it goes. It felt like it took 3-5 business days to watch a single episode.

Why not have an option to pay if you dont have cable?

horrible
for 2+ months now my vh1 app has not worked. at first it said i wasn't connected to the internet (despite me being connected and every other app and function on my device was working just fine). i tried updating the app, updating my device, restarting my device, uninstalling and reinstalling vh1, and it still didnt work. this went on for 6 weeks. then all of a sudden, it did connect to the internet, but would not let me sign in with my provider, so i've been unable to watch anything for an additional 3 weeks (2+ months total.. and counting). whenever i try to sign in, i enter my info, and the page literally just loads to the exact same signin screen. i tried entering my information over and over and over again just for it to not do anything. this is ridiculous. there isnt a problem with my tv provider login, because it works on all other connected app. vh1 is the only app that gives me constant issues.
