Game updated now my character is gone tried relogging in and still no character. That’s messed up I was liking the game too until that

I love this game so far. The game play is fun, the characters are so pretty/handsome. But there’s just one problem… every time I login into the game, my game just crashes. If you guys can fix that, that would mean the world to me
