App Doesn’t Work
The app worked for all of one day. Very disappointed because I wanted to track my progress. The product seems to be working though.
Stopped working after day 3
The app is good for the first three days then the instructions for disappear after day 3 and then you can’t follow along what to do. Useless app. I had to ask my provider, what a dud!
App doesn’t work
You enter your name, what peel you received, date, provider, and zip code. Then nothing. No clickable link to move forward.
Can’t even log in after peel
Tried to log in as just having treatment but each time the fill in my info it reroutes me back to the home page to choose all over again. Worthless app
One and done?
The app was great for my first peel, but it won’t let me enter a new one to tart Ove for my second peel!
Useless
It’s a great idea but very poor execution. I’m on day three and it thinks I’m on day two. Maybe it has to hit 10 am when I had the peel but it’s 7 am now. I despise all the swiping I have to do on each page just to be told to wash your face. I also don’t like that the app stupidly refers to me as gorgeous.

Sooo helpful
I love this app! I got my very first VI Peel a month ago, and I was a little nervous because there’s so much you need to do afterwards to take care of your skin. This app is super helpful because it sends you notifications whenever you need to complete a step, and it’s custom to when you got your peel. I honestly probably would have forgotten steps if it weren’t for this app. Definitely using it again for my next peel!

I like the idea of this app. I enjoy being able to track my peeling progress and reminded of the to do’s. However there are definitely some kinks that need to be worked out.

I got my peel and was advised by my practitioner to get this app. It was incredibly helpful in keeping me on track with my post-peel aftercare. It sent multiple reminders during the day and it was very easy to use! Everything I needed was there whether it’s information about the after care or the peel. Amazing!

Good App for Peel Aftercare
The daily notifications are incredibly helpful for forgetful people like me, Lol. I'd recommend it to anyone who has just gotten their peel. It makes the aftercare process so much easier!
MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS!!
I remember using this app after my first peel and it was so glitchy... I ended up using the pamphlet instead. I decided to try it out again for my last peel and its SO MUCH BETTER. I actually get notifications each time I need to do something to my face and I can upload photos with NO ISSUES to keep track of my progress now. This is my soft face secret. LOVE IT!

Concept great, app is DOA
I love that you can take pictures and are give LJ reminders of what to do… when the app actually works. It is very glitchy! I also couldn’t get it to work correctly after my first peel. It would be nice to track all of my peels and not just the first one. For the price of the peel the app should work with no problems.

Problems with app
I love the idea of this app and uploading photos daily of my skins progress. However, the app will not upload my photos and will not move forward from day today with the instructions.
Need to fix the glitches!
I love when the app works that you get all of the day to day instructions and reminders, but it’s SO frustrating that half the time the app won’t load. So don’t rely on the app for your peel care instructions!
Awful
Glitches and difficult to navigate. Great idea, but awful execution. So, it's pretty much useless when it comes to the photo upload.
Annoying
Third VI Peel and still the app will not upload pictures or glitches often so you can’t even use the app in its entirety to look and log my progress. I hoped that by my third one this wouldn’t be the case still, but it is, and it’s annoying that you spend so much money on the peel but can’t really use the app.

App doesn’t work!
They should remove the QR code on the sheet because it’s pointless. App doesn’t do anything. It freezes up, photos won’t upload, it stays on one screen, you can’t get to the daily instructions. It would have been nice to use.
