Worst support

Customer service email never responds, chat support agents have no idea about issue resolution. Every agent cooks up his/her own story about issue, just to get rid of support. No escalation points, no sla for resolutions. Vicustomercare is a nexus running on its own. Switching to airtel.

Meaningless app

I have a communications prepaid card meant to pay only telecom providers as per the govt directive.
And this app does not support such cards , whereas its website supports payment through such cards.
What a waste of time.
