there custmer service is very bad
in 1 month 20 days there are server problem in railway booking..
batter to go with other provider richa toure and tripjack there service is fast and no downtime at all

There is no option for mobile recharge in via. Agent.

Only very limited facility in this app. Mobile and dth recharge is missing, train ticket missing, and too much service is missing in this app.
