Hi all and via team, I have been cheated by your team by not refunding the amount after cancellation. It was clearly said that i will get refund if i cancel the ticket for an emergency situation even after paying cancellation fee. Is this a new scam in India? Are you guys planning to expand this to a new scale? If not, refund my amount back to my account.

Poor design
Horrible design, wont process my card, can’t change the language, I can’t call anyone. So far this is the WORST booking experience I have ever had trying to book a flight.

Pathetic cancellation policy. They charge more than the price you booked . Book from Via only if you will traveling on this ticket, don’t plan to by any ticket as back up seeing refundable option.

This app offered me a good deal but booking from them is such a hassle
I was not able to deduct the coins I have from the final amount neither I could add my identity related details on the website.
Also due to some bug I cannot add my ticket to my Apple wallet! 👎

Over charged misleading to fraud
I booked my ticket from singapore to Lahore , at time of booking that shows 670 is total but after getting statement from my bank in Singapore they charged me 730. That is totally unfair and sort of fraud with users.
Poor customer service
No response to any chat, email or calls! Buy direct!!!!

Wastage of time. Cheating with customers and making them fool.. Showing something else in the offers and while redeeming it's coming different..plz don't waste your time..
