The customer is next to non-existent. They should replace them with Parrot, they just repeat same generic sentence again and again. Not helpful at all. The app doesn’t give code when trying to register and if you ask support, They just it has been fixed but doesn’t work.

Have you ever checked your app on iPad? Big buttons and list of tv channels on 3 grid taking up half of the screen on landscape mode. Teach your developer to make proper app.
Token expired problem.
Once it says token expired, cannot log out or re-login without deleting app and reinstalling. A pain when this happens. Fix this. No use if you have to delete and reinstall app every time you try to use once in a while.
