Bad information
Why is it SO HARD to find the bus stop in Bangkok? This app says the bus stops here. Google says the same. Wait at bus stop 30 minutes, bus finally arrives. Bus doesn’t stop.

何番に乗れば良いかわかります。
名前がわかれば直接入力でも大丈夫です。
車掌さんにアプリでバス停を、見せれば降りる場所は伝えられます。
乗りながらアプリをみれば
走行位置もわかるので、
バス停の車内放送が聞き取れなくても、降りる場所もわかります。乗りたいバスがどこにいるかの位置情報については、一部の車両だけですが、これだけの機能があれば、かなり便利だと思います。

不可解な長時間のデータロード
データロードにあきれるほど時間がかかり用をなさない。待ってる間にバスが来て去っていくよ。
Needs continual improvements
The app has great potential, but it’s clunky. The GPS lags and doesn’t work properly, and the app often freezes or shows buses in the wrong location. I’ve had to constantly close and reopen it just to get it to function. Another downside is that it doesn’t include any of the blue EV buses operated by Thai Smile Bus, which is a shame. They use a separate app that’s
only in Thai, making it tough for all the expats living in Bangkok. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience and needs a lot of improvement. These issues happen with the free version, so I definitely wouldn’t upgrade.

ปัจจุบันชื่อป้ายรถเมล์มีเฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น นายตรวจรถไฟก็ไม่เข้าใจสิ่งนี้เช่นกัน หวังว่าเขาจะสามารถเพิ่มชื่อภาษาไทยได้
Thai language signage wanted
I would like the bus stop names to be displayed in both Thai and English.
Sometimes the bus staff could not understand the English names.
With that being said, this app was very useful during my trip. Thank you.

This app is a must if you’re visiting Bangkok
I spent one month in Bangkok and if I had downloaded this app from the day I arrived I would have saved a lot of money from Grab and BTS.
This is an excellent app to find the best and fastest bus routes in the city, you can track buses in real time and you can move in Bangkok for only 8bth compared with the 62bth I used to pay to go from home to downtown on bts.
Only consider pick hours and that buses don’t have air conditioners, but all in all you get what you pay and you can move as a local.

버스가 계속 움직이지 않고 한 곳에 가만히 있다가 사라져 버리질 않나, 버스 정류장을 지나치지도 않은 버스가 어느새 정류장 너머로 휙 이동을 하지를 않나… 이러고도 돈 내고 ‘팬’이 되라고? 너무 양심없는 거 아니니 너네들

素晴らしいの一言です。 あとは住所などから最寄りが検索できるか確認したいところですが。このアプリの仕組みは日本のバス業界でも必ず参考にしてほしいシステムです。 模範的な仕組みの提供に脱帽です。操作性、わかりやすさ、信頼性、大変高い価値を提供されていると思います。
