Literally the worst internet service ever!!! It worked decent for 2 days after installing and now you can’t even watch Netflix without it stopping every 30 seconds needing to load😡😡😡 and they expect 150$ a month for this crap lol yea hello... definitely would not recommend to anyone!!
IPad use now crashes
Since updating my iPad to IOS 14.4.1 the ViaSat Browser crashes as it loads. I have wiped and restarted with no success. Have also rebooted my iPad a few times, and that did not help. It still crashes.
Meanwhile the browser still works fine on my iPhone, that is also 14.4.1

Better than Brave
This browser blocks more and is faster Brave!
Address bar is missing across the top of the screen next to the viasat logo
I use this browser daily and and used the address bar across the top ALOT it would be wonderful if it could return!
Does not work on my iPad.
Touch the app and it shows full screen then returns to the Home Screen.

Terrible customer service and the company are really good at lying. They have made me feel trapped, made me feel unwanted, I don’t believe the company even cares about us. I just wanted everyone to please think about it before throwing your money away to them. Have a nice day.
I love that I can make it my default browser
I had always loved the speed and privacy of this browser but until now I couldn’t make it my default browser and have it pop open from all of my apps. Thanks for adding this!!! Keep up the great work.
Need to update to add default browser selection
Now that iPadOS 14 is out you need to add the default browser select function to the browser.
It’s broke
This version is broke. The app launches and goes to websites without any input. Then it switches back and forth between different sites all the time.
I love it, but...
Since the update it has become super slow on my phone. Please fix this cos it’s nice having a different browser on my phone besides safari.

Horrible app
Slower than safari. Seems like it was made by a 5 year old. Company itself is ignorant to the problems. They claim to be efficient, yet they make you down a downloader just to download the browser on the pc. They tell you to down load the browser because it blocks add but it dose not do that unless you give them more money. This is the most inconsiderate company that has existed. Do not give them your business. Hands-down worst internet provider ever.

GO WITH ANYONE ELSE FOR INTERNET PROVIDER, NOT THIS COMPANY. I wish there was honestly a rating less than one star. They make you download this garbage app whenever you get their service. Their customer service is outstandingly awful. They will not help you whatsoever. Do not go with this price gouging company. They aren’t thinking about their customers going through hardships because of covid-19. They are literally doing nothing for them. No internet is better than their internet.

Data plan!!
When I talked to a representative about joining viasat I told them about how previous internet experiences and that I had Directtv. How each month they were using all my data. The representative assured me that wouldn’t happen with them. Within 4 days Directtv had used 25 gb all my data. They helped me set stuff in settings and my data lasted about 10 days. (They gave me 25 more gb). Now I have no data and turned me to Directtv. Which told me to turn it off when not in use. I am very disappointed being between a rock and a hard place!!!

Pointless app
This is almost an exact copy of chrome a few versions back with a different name and logo and an app logo by the address bar that functions as a customizable ad blocker. It also is missing a few features from chrome such as microphone on new tab. If you consider this app, JUST DOWNLOAD CHROME!!!
