Don’t bother.
This app is surprisingly bad. It will list the devices connected to your router, but it wants you to subscribe and pay a monthly fee in order to control those devices. My router has been off for over an hour, but according to the app, there are two devices currently using it. And yes, I have refreshed the app multiple times. Just say no.

Useless app
If you leave the house with your phone and return you obtain a new IP address. Which therefore shows up as an unknown device. So if the point of the app is to help understand which device is using what amount of data. You can not get true facts. If I had a choice to get off Vista internet service. I would do so so fast the door should hit them in the face.

Another terrible app to have . Doesn’t let you on your own wifi . Keeps throwing you off your wifi. What a waste . Waste of money also uses up your wifi. Total disappointment .

Can’t do anything with it. Can’t even download it! Why have 2 apps when it was perfect on the other app.
Completely worthless app
This about sums up Viasat. Completely useless and pretty much just a scam to nickel and dime you.
This app does not work right.
I can be at work and can check to see who is logged in to my internet and it always says my phone is or my sons phone is and my son doesn’t even live with me. Plus now it’s not even protecting from threats.
Useless customer service and useless and confusing everything else also
I would like to take this opportunity to state that I have never experienced such terrible customer services along with inadequate resolutions to any and all problems in over 60 years of being a consumer. I have been a loyal customer with Viasat for the past 6 years. Due to the fact I, along with many others are being held similar to a hostage situation with internet service availability due to living in a rural area and lack of other providers. Therefore we have to take what we can get and Viasat is it in my location. I was approved for FCC broadband benefit but here I sit over a year later after being approved and I still have not been able to register with Viasat to receive the monthly rebate on my billing account. I have complained to the FCC and Viasat responds with a condescending and untrue statements of facts and even denying that I ever tried to apply through their customer service e

I am signed up for text alerts which I have stopped receiving even though I periodically call customer service and they always re assure me that I am signed up to receive them and then condescendingly insinuate that it is a user problem specific to me and I must be doing something wrong.

Totally useless
This has got to be the most idiotic app. There’s not even a tab or any sort of place to get shield premium. So frustrating!
Major omission
Nice idea, but only shows a limited 7 day snapshot of percentages of total usage. It does not show actual amount or any finer granularity. The unforgivable flaw is that it seems to miss some major device usage. I had a apparent runaway device which a Viasat support person was able to provide minimal info about - and it doesn’t show at all in this app. Useless if you are looking for broken or unauthorized access.

Another bad app
Their other app always had tons of bugs glitches and issues, now they have this app which apparently is the only way to from now on view what devices are currently connected. They took away that feature from their other app and put it in this one. It makes no sense, why do I need two apps now? This one is even worse with glitches and bugs than their other one. Why take away a feature from one app and put it in another? So frustrating, but that is the feeling that sums up their internet service itself so i shouldn’t of expected much more from their apps.
