Keeps stopping purchases
I tried for 20 minutes to purchase airline tickets and kept getting blocked no matter what I did. This is incredibly inconvenient especially sense there is nobody who can help after hours. Vibe please do better.
Locked out
When I first downloaded this app it was just what I needed. Then one day it stopped working. No longer able to log in but my card was locked when this happened. I was unable to use my card all weekend as Vibe is not open late Saturday n Sunday. It was the worse convenience ever. There has been no updates to the app to make it work again. I wish it was available because this was the only way to lock my debit card which is vital in this era of scamming. Fix the app please.

Horrible app
The app continues to shut down and tells you to update and when you try to nothing happens thank god my card wasn’t locked at the moment because I can’t even get back into the app!!

- Why is this separated from the main app
- Why is a new account required for this? I should only need 1 account for my banking
- Why is the password character limit so low?
