I’ve been with his credit union since I was 15 years old. I am now 51. I’m very thankful to have the vibe credit app and all the options that it has.

The upgrade to the app has made it easy to view all accounts at once and user friendly and user friendly to make payment and prevent fraud by turning your account on and off. Thank you for viewing it from our side.

I suppose to get my fundings on Wednesdays you guys said it’s supposed to come early because of my bank is not allowing me to do so so now I will be going to somebody else

Vibe formerly OCCU is a well ran credit union that cares about their members. They offer fair lending and great benefits on credit cards and loans. The high yield checking accounts are better than anywhere else I’ve found over 6%

Constant issues
The app is not very good. I have to attempt to log in two times each time I open it. Not sure why the faceID lags and then it drops me into a blue screen. This is unacceptable for a banking app. I have updated the app then deleted and reinstalled. Same problem..
Disappointing refresh
This UI update is surprisingly visually cluttered. The app works, but it is a downgrade from what we had.
Revamped App sucks!
Ever since they did a complete makeover of their app it’s horrible. Not only cosmetically, but at the moment I’m getting an error when I try to pay my bills. They should do a downgrade and it would be an improvement. Please fix it!
