Horrible Broken App
App barely works. Pretty much unusable. Think I’ve been able to get into it once

I am trying to download the app and the authentification is terrible, grainy pics and they keep changing, why can't you send a text message to the number, its really poor the authentification process. I have a new phone and it is the same for all Glasgow taxi firms
Prebookings
App did not show prebooking info on specific car picking me up. Lone female so felt a bit anxious trying to locate car on last train home. Had to call to get this info.
