Meditations are not long enough
I think I’d love this app if only the meditations were longer - at 3-4 mins per meditation it’s not useful - they should at least loop the music so you can use it as long as you need

I used this app because my foot was aching and I heard that vibrations help sometimes and I used it and it didn’t work- kinda disappointed
