Bad update
SCAM

( Saturday, August 22, 2016 AROUND THE DATE THEY ALSO INFORM ME THAT THEY LOST MY Original art (100-over 1000 Originals permanently and they could not be retrieved)
THE AI ART GENERATOR CHANGED IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE API OR THE FILTER or something else BUT IT TOTALLY MESSED UP ALL MY ORIGINAL ART AND I CANT CHANGE THE API BECAUSE AT THE TIME I WAS OUT OF CREDITS SO IT TOTALLY MESSED UP MY business PLANES THOSE THINGS SHOULD BE CHANGEABLE WITHOUT CREDITS AND WHEN I MADE THE APP I ASKED FOR A Specific art DALLE E 3 (THEY ARE MANY FREE APPS WITH NO GLITCHES AT ALL THAT HAVE UPDATES EVERY WEEK )👎🏻AND REMOVE CONTENT POLICIES IT IS Totally ruined creativity AND DEFEATING THE PURPOSE AND THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR SOMETHING THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO PAY FOR😕( NOT EVEN DECENT ,FAR FROM PERFECT ,LESS THAN PRETTY GOOD
Support Team working hard
Vibecode has become expensive, unreliable, and frustrating to use.
I’ve shipped multiple real apps, so this is not a beginner issue. The platform now burns through credits at an absurd rate, breaks previously working features when implementing new ones, then charges you more credits to fix the regressions it created.
Support is just as bad. Replies can take forever, and when a human finally responds, you often get dismissive one-line answers that try to put the problem back on you instead of addressing obvious platform failures.
On top of the subscription, you can end up paying for extra credits and backend deployment, so the real cost is far higher than it first appears.
Vibecode used to feel like an accessible way to build real apps. Now it feels bloated, unpredictable, and far more expensive than competing AI coding tools.
I would not trust it for serious production work in its current state.
My Issues

This app sucks
Incredible App
Average app
Not vibing
After one of their first major updates, all of my apps disappeared. They eventually found them again, but none of them worked properly anymore. Instead of taking responsibility for breaking things on their end, they expected me to spend my own credits and money fixing everything myself. I had to put my foot down because that’s completely unacceptable.
What’s worse is that I’ve spent thousands on this platform, not a few dollars, and the support has been incredibly disappointing. Most of the time it feels like you’re talking to prompt-based assistants rather than actual programmers who can troubleshoot real problems. Even when they do try to help, they often want to use your credits to fix issues that were caused by their mistakes in the first place.
Keeping apps stable is another constant battle. Things randomly stop working, and you end up spending more credits just to maintain functionality. That becomes a hidden cost they never really explain upfront.
The updates constantly change major features too. Early on, when creating an app, you could choose between web, mobile, or both. I selected both, and the agent even confirmed it was building both versions — but it only created a mobile app. Later updates removed that option entirely and turned it into an either/or system. The most frustrating part is support later claimed that feature never even existed.
They told me to simply take the chat from the original app and generate the web version separately, but the agent was too unreliable to make it work correctly. Somehow that also became my fault.
At this point, it feels like support can never admit mistakes or take accountability for anything. It’s getting harder and harder to justify supporting this platform. Between the instability, the hidden costs, and the lack of real support, I’m starting to think it’s more trouble — and more money — than it’s worth.
Honestly, build your own. I’m starting to not vibe with vibe coding anymore.
