Vibes#4

Vibes#4 offers a choreographic and sound encounter experience, open to anyone from the smartphone. The app allows users to come together to share a moment of dance — ​​a Flash Mob-like event, in a given place – a park for example – or in different cities or countries, at the same time. Vibes#4 is a connected dance project led by Orbe with the support of Maison de la Danse and ICK Amsterdam, with the support of Europe Créative. A playful, choreographic and sound experience, in which the participant plays the main role: guided by the voice of Mujō, the player crosses a labyrinth filled with sound obstacles. He uses his body, through a series of actions punctuated by music, to progress in the game and get out of the maze. To pass the obstacles, the player receives precise instructions on how to move and project his energy. The player's actions are interpreted by the mobile, to assess their impact on the current situation. Physical engagement and creativity of the participants are stimulated by the musical interaction and the soundscape. New kinetic and relational dimensions emerge thanks to the intimate relationship between movement and music. Players who manage to get out of the maze go in search of those who are still stuck to form duos. A collective finale allows you to relive the highlights of this epic.
