Bluetooth?
Vibrator works good but Bluetooth connection keeps turning off so I oversleep. Stressful for me to wonder if alarm will actually go off. Been trying to stabilize my sleep schedule. So not helpful with that part. Just removed the app and will reinstall it to see if it will work better.

The alarm is amazing with the snooze function being a lifesaver however there is one problem. I didn’t know that the battery for the alarm was low and had depleted throughout the course of the day if there is something in the app I may have missed it or if possible a function to be added that sends us a notification when the alarm has low battery so we can charge it

Fine until you need to wake up on time when the clocks change - then you’ll be waking up and hour early or an hour late and fixing this doesn’t seem to be a priority

Constant issues & customer service cannot resolve
Im forever pairing this thing. I swear its as nightly as brushing my teeth or taking my medication. Sometimes alarms wont shut off despite pulling the strap. So I just switch it off. At the time of writing this app has not been updated for a year. Makes me think they have no intention to solve the ongoing issues I have reported.

1 Star for pushing an update at 2am
OMG I was so angry when my Vibio started vibrating at 2am!! It woke me and my husband to install an update. Without my glasses I was swiping at my phone and apologizing.
The Vibio stopped vibrating for approximately an hour, but started demanding my agreement to an update again at 3:24am. This time I put on my glasses, agreed to anything it demanded just to shut it up!
I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other app or app-controlled device.

Worked great until last bug fix
Very irritating after recent bug fix. Now it doesn’t turn off with the iphone app. I have to physically pull it out of my pillow and pull the tether to get it to stop. It was working perfectly before the bug fix. Ugh! Please reverse the bug fix
Rarely does the one thing it’s supposed to.
I’ve missed two classes so far, and I’m only a week and a half into college. Some nights it has trouble with connecting to Bluetooth, and there’s jack diddly squat you can do to fix it. My phone even told me it connected, so I went to sleep only to wake up an hour and a half late for my class. I’m beyond furious.
