Cancel my subscription

It doesn’t work, this is a scam no way to actually cancel and they keep charging me amounts that were not agreed upon. It is false advertising and the only help they offer is a one page online pdf. THIS IS A SCAM

I cant cancel my subscription and it wont stop charging me!!!

downloaded the app and did the free trail thing, decided I didnt really like the app or need it so I deleted it. Now it keeps trying to charge me and the app will not show up anywhere for me to cancel the subscription.
