Assured me they would cancel. Today I have to file SECOND dispute with credit card company 🤬

DO NOT download this app to subscribe. It’s a scam. I’ve changed my credit card even… but I’m told that’s unlikely to work either. I have to dispute the charge every month. I have called, emailed, and even messaged on social media. No response nothing works.
Non responsive customer service
I signed up for a subscription and it states cancel anytime; however, the app does not offer that option. I reached out to customer service as I need to cancel for financial reasons and there has been no response so now I have to cancel my credit card and get a new credit card.
