which is the whole point of the app….

Do Not provide your details to this app. Work Safe advised me that they Do no have an APP. Contact WorkSafe immediately

Still no changes to the app so still useless.
The only way to submit a document/invoice is to take a photo with the camera in the app. The requires me to print an electronic copy of the invoice, and then use the app to take a photo.
Other apps allow access to camera roll so that I can screenshot the invoice and upload it via the app.
And when you submit, it doesn’t go to a portal linked to my account, it opens up in an email and has to get manually added to my account which means there’s sometimes human error and I don’t get reimbursed, the provider does.
