All I need is a reminder, thinking like a small noise that gets louder until I acknowledge it. Or a bombardment of texts because who reads emails.

Great to be reminded
This app is awesome. Reminds me every time the night before the garbage and compost is going to be picked up but I wish the reminder was a little earlier than 7 o’clock at night.
Reminds me ‘morning of’
Not sure why - but this used to remind me the night before our biweekly garbage collection day. Now i get the alert the ‘day of’ at 0700 but this is not overly useful as sometimes we’re already gone for the day. What happened?🤔
Reminders are very helpful
Wry helpful to be reminded when the pickup day is approaching, especially for places were it is not a weekly occurrence.
Timely tool
This app does everything it’s supposed to do. I would miss half the days were it not for the timely reminders. It’s nice clean interface is all that’s needed.
Great Reminder
Because collections occur on different days of the week, this app reinforces the message I get looking at my neighbors’ trash and compost containers lined up on the boulevard.
Please add blue box info!
I consider my blue box has household waste too, so it would be great to have everything in one place.
Simple and to the ponit
Very simple app, put an address in, get pick up dates, and with the option of notifications. All it needed to do and done well.
Missing addresses
The app doesn’t have all Victoria streets in it, so it can often not find your address. Thus, useless. The developer solution is to skip using the app and get an email!

Needs improvement
I get reminders several weeks in advance but then the day prior it wont say anything times to remind me again when it counts the most, or at least the day of.

The reminders are super helpful and I love that I can plan months in advance so when I go on vacation, I can write down the dates for my friend/family member who house sits for me. Thank you!!

I rely on this app to keep me posted as to when pick up is. Does a fine job at doing just that.
Decent App
A decent app. Beats hsving to search around for the little flyer. The sync to calendar is helpful.
Handy
Good for keeping track of the schedule. Would be even more helpful if the reminder came a little sooner.
Helpful App - Reminder
Easier to find the dates for pickup than looking around for print schedule or going to city web. Especially like the Text message City sends the night before pickup.
