Dysfunctional app, poor customer service
Gave this a 2 star just because once or twice I attended the events which I enjoyed and I felt initially the app would be interesting and might lead to interesting people. However I was extremely disappointed and upset by the poor customer service when the app would no longer let me sign on (it was bugged) and the customer service would repeatedly not offer any help or support whilst they still took my subscription money (which is far too expensive for what the app is/provides compared to others). It took months of chasing and chasing (I was exasperated but refused to give up) and receiving automated and ridiculous replies from the team not addressing or reading my concerns (which was not hard I literally just couldn’t log in to my account with my normal details) until they finally put me through to the IT team who set me up with a different email. This still malfunctioned and I had to chase again, and then instead of adding two months back on I again had to chase them for the further month they owed me. I just can’t believe how bad the service was. It could have been so straight forward. Was not worth it either. Very disappointing app and experience and I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I know friends who have also ditched the app for similar reasons.

Crashes and won’t work
Paid to use the app and it literally crashes everytime you try starting a conversation
Completely unusable
The app seems so focused on restricting non premium members that it’s not even possible to reply to matches.
Don’t ever download this app
Do not use this app. After I paid a months subscription it would not work, I sent several emails to their ‘support’ explaining how the app was crashing and not functioning. I received 1 reply, I then sent screen shots of the error messages that were popping up and since then they have not responded. I’ll be reporting this app for fraud in the UK.

Good concept
But the app doesn’t work, you can’t message matches, and they won’t refund subscription to the app, despite the bug. Avoid, at least till it’s fixed and they repay.
Buggy and behind a paywall after a week
The most useless app ever
Love the concept and was excited to try it out but immediately encountered bugs, including no photos being displayed for any prospective matches, and the app entirely shutting down when I tried to talk to matches.
By the time they responded to my email to fix the photo bugs, the app was behind a paywall and I couldn’t use any features anymore.

App doesn’t quite live up to the hype
Perhaps a good concept with the right marketing but everything else has fallen short to create a good experience for users. Having spent on full membership to try it out, can wholeheartedly say that it won’t be renewed. App froze at every single thing from Likes, accepting requests to basic messaging.

Meet new friends
I had a great time at Victoria curated events though out the summer. I’ve meet people on the app in my field of work, it’s really opened up new experiences for me and look forward to the Autumn/Winter schedule.
Great to meet friends
Met a lot of likeminded people at their events and truly one of the few apps where you can actually network. Definitely recommended for creatives!

Very neat UI, great user base, I am saying definitely a contender to triads apps like Bumble, Hinge . I love it

App crashes a lot. Messages don’t get through.
Fake profiles
I live in a small town with a very small dating pool. Everyone knows everyone, everyone recognises everyone. Therefore, when I see profiles of local daters that I’ve never seen before on other dating apps I know those profiles are fake.
Community? Questionable. Dating? Certainly.

Just a start but a way to go
Intrigued by the concept of community and dating. It kept me on waitlist and accepted but can’t able to use any feature nor, letting me use the app at all. Lemme know if you need a beta tester.

Crashes loads, links don’t always work and doesn’t seem to like Irish phone numbers! Shame

Took forever to get accepted, just to have a sub par experience in every possible way.
- Trying to change distance filters crashes the app.
- Support keeps lying to me that it’s being looked at. There’s been 3 updates since my first complaint. Still not fixed.
- Notifications don’t work, I never know when I have a message from a match, so it takes me days to reply to them.
- When they do work, the message doesn’t show up in the app until I restart it. Awful.
- It seems only people in London use the app.
- Random crashes while using it.
