The proucts are so lovely but the app is toooo slow and bugs are too much and lso its not working since yesterday please fix this 🥺

Bad service

I have ordered 2 products both of them returned 21 days ago till now only 1 product is refunded and i have been calling customer care multiple times and every time they promised me to get the refund within 48 hours but no refund is processed so far.
