My delivery was delayed, and according to customer service (Georgia), the item was likely lost in transit. Naturally, this was disappointing, but the way it was handled completely turned the experience around. Georgia quickly suggested placing a replacement order with next-day delivery and arranged for the original item to be returned by the courier. I was very happy with this solution and truly appreciated the efficient, friendly support.

my parcel wasn’t delivered and when i went to get another one sent, i didn’t get a parcel number come through on my email so i wasn’t able to get a refund/replacement!!!!

Failure to sign in / reset password
Received e-mail regarding sale, could not login to my account, attempted to reset passsword, kept taking me to login page. Tried to contact customer service on number listed if problems persist, no one available, no phone call back. Used Apple Pay

I forgot my password so I went on help and they said something about sending me an email with a temporary password and it didn’t even work I don’t know if it’s me or the app but it’s annoying now I lost my account with my own email I don’t know if this is anybody else but if the creator could reply to me and give me the help I need that would be kind thanks

Extremely annoying not being able to access the USA site from UK as I have friends who will purchase items for me that I am unable to get in UK and being able to see them would really useful. Other sites like free people allow you to access other territories sites
