Some changes now worth making.
Tried working with the app team who developed this upgrade as I can no longer log into my giving history, and still no resolution. Beyond frustrated. The reading plan I used to use daily is now a very awkward system to me. So much so I just don’t use the app anymore. Maybe a new-comer will enjoy it as they haven’t experienced the previous app. Yes it has new features, but the reading plan and the giving very cumbersome, not a fan. however, I am a fan of change and typically embrace it, especially when the change is for better.. Wish I could say the same about this app. I’m sure the team worked hard for the upgrade. Have moved on.

I am so MAD
As soon as it upgraded, it deleted my account and it wouldn’t let me log back into the account that I had before it deleted all my reading plan progress and you can’t even click on it to read anymore. You just have to hope that you found the right verses. Then you just push the button and I read the Bible today. It doesn’t show that you read the Bible today it just it’s really stupid.

Nice facelift but….
Will not let me sign into my previous account with this new app. Have deleted the app ,reinstalled, rebooted my phone several times…reset my password and still says account not found. Very frustrating and a waste of time. If I can’t get into the new app with my previous account that I’ve been with for years. What’s the point. Please fix.

Reading Plan crashes
The reading plan has crashed a couple times this year. The last time it happened I was able to uninstall the app and then reinstall and it started working. This time that hasn’t worked and it is just a plain white screen. There is no way to contact support and there is no feedback option like it shows in their video. Very frustrating when you try everything and can’t report a problem to get it fixed.

Reading Plan has Crashed - Again
Something is up with the reading plan. A few days ago it switched in mid-plan. Where I was currently in 2 Cor/Judges for May, it jumped to 2 Sam (June) like it was offset by a month. Now when I open the reading plan I don’t see anything - just a white screen. I’ve experienced the white screen issue numerous times over the past few years and uninstalling/re-installing the app usually resolves the issue but not this time.
