Victory is founded and led by Pastor R.J. Whitaker, Sr. At Victory, you will be apart of a Christ-centered family church, inspired praise & worship, and relevant bible teaching. We have created ministry groups where men, women, young adults, youth and children are nurtured, challenged, and encouraged in their spiritual, emotional, physical, and educational growth. Our pastors and leaders are committed to equipping and developing believers for works of ministry, building up the church and the body of Christ.
