Ever since there update a month ago, the app is garbage now. every once in a while it will load the products but as soon you try to add them to your cart, errors galore pop up. guess it's time to move on elsewhere
App is buggy after the updates and merger.
I can’t see anything on any tab other than home. Menu is blank. Can’t drop down locations. Can’t place orders still.

I go to the store on Langley Avenue in Pensacola. The staff there are very friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the products. They have helped me choose what is right for me.

Love the Tallahassee store, the staff is very cool, helpful, and there are products which are helping me through my cancer. Immunotherapy side affects are being controlled and comforted with weed from this store. Maybe Florida will emerge from the dark ages one day.
TABLET. This app is built for the iPhone and doesn’t detect and adjust for the tablet, iPad. How about adding this capability to the app itself so I can have both, on the phone mobile and the use of my iPad tablet when having coffee creating orders.

Is this even a real dispensary??
I’ve tried ordering on the website. I’ve emailed, I’ve called. How y’all order from this place?! The app does NOTHING, it’s more like a screensaver lol. I give up VidaCann, guess I’ll keep giving my favorite dispensary my money. 🤷🏻♀️👎🏼

Great store, unfinished app!!!!
For an app that launched in November for not to be finished by now is pathetic. I have a hard time checking my points on the website because it just doesn’t show you or work correctly have time. So the fact that I can’t check my points and the fact that you guys launched a unfinished app and haven’t updated it, get you guys one star. Make it where I can check my points and I’ll change my review. do better.

App still not working right
This is the 3rd time I’ve d/l this app. 1st - was a joke. Nothing but your name-deleted it. So 2weeks ago I d/l again & I thot all was fine/working, until today. I opened it & a window says This app can only be used in FL. Ok. Guess where I’m at. So I deleted it again. Then d/l again= says App can only be used in FL. That’s the screen I get when I tap once on the app on my Home Screen. There are no buttons or exits from this screen… just that statement on a white webpage. I can only ‘close’ it w/a swipe from the bottom to top.

Got better, still not done tho.
The app is pretty nice. Only reason why it didn’t get 5 stars is because it’s still not completed. It’s been a while since launch, and there is no reason why the points isn’t carried over for us to see in app instead of on the web yet. And**** the other thing is that a lot of times I go on and there is no THC percentage, on the product, an if there and it says 18 or 19, I order it and it’s a 15 or 16 percent. Which if I knew I wouldn’t have got. The percentages never change rarely to what they really are. The app isn’t finished and whoever job it is to complete it, stop dragging your feet, get it done. It looks like you guys don’t care about the app leaving it incomplete like that. And make it easier for whoever is entering the data can change it to reflect the REAL THC %.
