About
Replay combines a structured video library with powerful tools for analyzing movement, form, and technique. Organize footage by athlete, client, class, training block, exercise, routine, rehearsal, or season—then open any video and continue the review where you left off.
Review movement frame by frame. Put two videos side by side or overlay them to compare technique. Track a selected point through motion, measure angles and distances on a paused frame, draw corrections across a movement range, and turn key positions into a motion sequence.
Replay works with videos from Photos and keeps the originals where they belong. Your folders, notes, saved moments, measurements, and analysis stay connected to the footage without duplicating large video files.
Use Replay for:
- Sports technique and coaching review
- Fitness form and personal training
- Physiotherapy movement observation and communication
- Dance, choreography, and performance analysis
- Running, golf, racket sports, strength training, and mobility work
- Any skill where seeing movement clearly improves the next attempt
Included in the app (free):
- Create folders and nested collections
- Add video references from your Photos library
- Add basic metadata like title, series, recording date, and notes
- Play, pause, seek, and revisit the clips you are studying
- Keep source videos in Photos without duplicating them into the app
The following features require Replay Pro, a paid auto-renewing subscription available as a separate in-app purchase:
- Frame-by-frame review and working ranges
- Side-by-side and overlay comparison
- Motion paths and point tracking
- Angle and distance measurements
- Range markup and saved moments
- Motion sequences and delayed capture
- Guided setup, structured review, sharing, and export
- CloudKit sync of library metadata across devices
Analysis is designed to stay private and on device. Replay stores references to videos in Photos instead of duplicating source files.
Replay is an observation and communication tool. It does not diagnose injuries, assess medical conditions, or replace professional judgment.
