The 30 second limit for videos is the only problem for me, because I usually need the background of 1 and a half or 2 minute clips removed

Good app and customer service
I had been using this app for about a year. Itโs very special in a way without having to remove background, using a green screen then replace with different background, this app allows me to change various background easily with few tabs. The library has reasonable options of backgrounds to change with. Itโs very effective and worked well until it got broken recently. So I emailed their customer service . I am Thrilled with their service and support team because they were responsive and red responsible in fixing the app, restore my lifetime membership and helping to give me a refund of double payment. I highly recommend buying this app if you are looking for an easily way to replace your video backgrounds.

stopped working after I purchased lifetime plan
I purchased the lifetime plan now the app doesnโt work at all . Every time I get a picture from my gallery it gives me an error 100% of the time. Even at 5G all the bars I continue to get the same error. I really get the feeling Iโm being scammed. Now I have to find another background changer app and I lost the money that I used to purchase the ridiculous plan on this ridiculous useless app. Unfortunately there is not a 0 rating. User beware

I think it might work if a user could set the threshold, but it erased both black (my content) and white (my background)

I was looking for a video editing app, finally found this one which is super easy to use and hassle free!
Extremely Disappointed
I purchased this based on its own marketing hype. You can only use it in portrait mode. It squeezes the background to an unrecognizable mess if it from your gallery. I purchased this to finish a marketing project on my phone. This has turned out to be a colossal waste of money and time. I recommend purchasing from vendors who will let you try it out first or at least those that have free version. At least you will be able to see if it actually works and is usable.

The app only lets you use it 3 times a day and shrinks your video so that you can barely see it. Also,I canโt add one of my photos as the background,only the options they are very little unless you purchase pro.

When I take a video it tells me that I can only record for 15 seconds that is fraud you should let others take videos as long as we want so you need to fix this app I canโt believe you guys

This app is awesome, been using it to change video backgrounds and it works like a charm. Super easy, just pick a vid and swap the bg, even live vids! Iโve used it for fun stuff and some work too, saves me so much time. Honestly canโt recommend enough!
