Waste if time and money
First i bought 30 min time and still not working and I again bought monthly membership and still can not upload my video to process with the farsi subtitles, i spent too much time on this and restart and reinstall few times , waste of money and I will delete it and buy some other app ,

You should subscribe annually & after you don’t have any solution for cancellation.

Übertrieben Teuer
Man kauft pro und hat dann trotzdem nur 10 Stunden und muss immer wieder neu Aufladen.
Ich heiße das Model nicht für gut und werde es auch nicht unterstützen ! Was Ich aber unterstütze wenn die Entwickler nicht nur darauf schauen, wie Sie möglichst viel Geld machen, bspw. Lifetime anbieten für vernünftiges Geld . Viele Verbraucher werden mir zustimmen das Sie Abomodelle möglichst Meiden, und nach anderen attraktiveren Lösungen suchen werden die Preislich wesentlich attraktiver sind. Ja wir wissen das Apple 30% von den Einnahmen abzweigt. Ich bin es langsam leid mit diesen Abos überall früher hat man die Software einmal gekauft und Lifetime benutzen können.
Auch heute kann ich viel Software von damals noch nutzen Support gibts dafür natürlich keinen.
Heute must du Angst haben wenn du nicht mehr bezahlst dann wird ganz schnell der Dienst eingestellt und du hast aber schon zig EUR investiert !!!! So geht Geldvernichtung auch.

I just subscribed to 1 year but I have been trying to use it each time I am getting the same stupid message saying not working try later, please I would like my full refund and fix this damn app

Insane I’m writing the review for the first time because it is indeed waste of money. I can’t even reach out to a developer to sort it out but all these bugs just making this app totally useless.

Really helps me to add subtitles to videos with auto subtitle section in new update 🙏🏼🙏🏼 it works prefect. even auto translate section is accurate. Hope to see more improvement in future update. thanksss
Doesn’t Work at All
App crashes constantly and it appears you have to pay more in app to add subtitles automatically, which is the whole reason I bought this. Not that it works anyway, it just crashes whatever I try to do. Wish I could get my money back. I deleted it from my phone almost immediately.

Dear Amandyrae, thank's for your crash report. please remove and install the app again , the problem should be solve. However We will publish new update in few upcoming days to fix crashes and we deeply apologize for that. We also mention in App Description that users need to buy credit to use auto transcribe service. for transcribing we use "Advanced Machine Learning & AI Technology" that cost alot for us per each Second! we dont have any option to make it completly free however we try to add some more credit in next updates for our early users. 🙏🏻
