Hey Rachki! It seems there is some misunderstanding here. There is a 3 day free trial, so you don't necessarily need to purchase a premium plan to use this app. Also, it is very clearly written in the purchase screen that if you don't cancel your trial until the 3rd day of your trial, from the 4th day on, you'll be charged as per the pricing, and even if you want to cancel the subscription after the trial, Apple allows you to cancel anytime from your phone settings. Regarding the email issue, some email service providers allow you to share compressed videos, while others don't. Try switching your email app; in most cases, it works well. While there haven't been any saving issues for any of our current users yet, we know that tech glitches can happen sometimes.
