Hi there, we're really sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. A couple of things that might help: the compressed video is saved as a new file rather than replacing the original, so please check your gallery for a separate, smaller-sized video rather than expecting the original file size to change. Also, just to clarify, the free trial is available only on the yearly plan, but we do offer one free export so you can try out the compression before subscribing. This issue may also be related to a specific app version, so we'd recommend updating to the latest build as well. We'd love for you to give it another try.
