What a scam!
Not only is all functionality behind a paywall as previously mentioned, but the free trial and one week subscription mentioned in the App Store are not actually available in the app. Not only that, but there is only one other option besides the lifetime subscription: a yearly subscription that for some reason says $0/month. When I try to choose that option it says unable to complete purchase. Gee, I wonder why? So basically they want me to pay $50 for a totally untested app that I only planned to use once? No thanks!
