Not fit for purpose. Request for refund declined😢
I tried to get a refund from Apple.
I’m really disappointed. It is not fit for purpose.
Nowhere does it show in the product description that it was limited to so few items. And, because I had to purchase before I could try, I’m a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
I will be also posting on my social media profiles not to waste money.
I’m 71 years old, I’m living on an aged pension and this purchase was supposed to be a ‘treat’ to make me more productive.
What it has done is make me saddened by the way that my request for a refund was declined.

App doesn’t work properly
Had a number of issues with app, unable to split video, images disappeared while editing, saved video to photos and text was completely different size to created video. Attempted to send a message with complaint but message would not send.

Ужасно работает, сохраняет видео текст обрезает, понять как это все работает, это просто не возможно. Не тратьте время это это приложение, и нервы будут в порядке

Not for iphone 17
I’ve been subscribed for almost 4ys. After upgrading to ip17, i can’t press the “next” n “create” buttons

So I am LOVING this app its so good but it doesn’t let me use music and I am really sad about please fix the glitch. So basically when I press on music it doesn’t work and it freezes but still good app!

Meh, it’s glitchy
The feature where you can add downloaded songs from your phone to video projects doesn’t work anymore - huge bummer.
Downgraded the app
So I paid for the full version of the app mainly just to get PIP and overlay my videos and before when I used it you used to be able to easily drag the overlay duration through the entire video by clicking the arrow. They removed that now you have to manually drag the overlay onto the video on each side and it doesn’t even cover the full video (essentially if I didn’t drag the overlay over the entire video it would cut off mid video) also I can’t move the video at all and I’m sure that was a feature before. Not sure why an app would downgrade features like this but if I could get a refund I would!

unable to use on iphone16
app cant be used as the create button is underneath the battery icon on IPHONE 16 so cant click create
My ipad was left alone haveing a video I made download, it still was 3 hours later
Okay, so I do like this app, it is fun, you can make your own like video clip things and even if you don’t pay for anything it still does good!
And um I have don’t many videos and I love doing them the editing great and all but there is 1 biggg problem.
Every time I make like a video thing with a total of over 10 minutes now it goes all the way to ten and stays there and does not go into my gallery!!!
It first started with over 20 minutes, then it was 17, then it was 15 and now it’s 10!!!
Like literally to test my theory i left my ipad with a video that was 13 minutes long wile it was doing the down loading to gallery thing, AND 3 HOURS LATER IT WAS STILL AT 100!!
And IT WAS POST TO TAKE 5 MINUTES!
So I am sorry but people who made this app you NEED to fix this because it is getting really annoying and stressful and is making upset

Wanted to add a song to a video, but it won’t import the song from Apple Music - keeps giving me the error that the song is not downloaded, even though I have downloaded the song, synced the library etc.

Приложение троит ужасно, пытаюсь фрагмент удалить, не дает, бывает плей нажмешь и потом фиг на паузу нажмешь( хорошо, что не купила, невозможно работать!
Don’t waste your money on this
I bought this to put music to my videos. It says that you can use music from apple and then post your videos in many platforms. It absolutely does not. The one song I have shows up but it only allows maybe 3 seconds of it and it’s impossible to do anything else. I’ve tried to contact customer support with zero response. I’ve asked for a refund more than once with no response.
