It “converts” fine but you can’t save to your phone, saved to Drive but it says “unsupported file type” and when I sent a message to support it fails. Trash.

I downloaded the free trial and needed to use it bad then when I tried to it said It wasn’t supported in my country. Seriously. Now I’m trying to figure out how to cancel it before they charge me.
