I paid for the in-app item of this app & after starting the app, I downloaded a theme to try it. Thenafter I click on the “use” button & the app keeps on crashing. The in-app item is useless! I want a refund please!

I tried to make a video and it won’t work you can only add 5 pictures and to add the music you have to unlock premium so don’t get the app

I could barely do anything because there were tons of ads! I clicked off of one of them and the app crashed. I then couldn’t get back into the app.
