I and my husband do not get bonus money. It never goes to my total or his. I use my iPhone he uses his I pad. We both watched the commercial for 50,0000 credits and neither one of us received them either. I tried to contact the company at the provided email 3 times and each time I got a resend order from yahoo. Each time I rechecked to make sure I was sending it to the correct email address. Please have someone address these issues. Thank you.

Needs a tiny bit of improvement
Every time I get into the app and I have music playing on my phone it stops the song well I should say audio it’s my radio apps too like to K-LOVE and air1 etc

I have played this game for a long time and have enjoyed it very much. However, the algorithm has definitely changed and you don’t win very often. Many hands with not even a pair. I have moved to another app as this one has lost its appeal. Sad
Can’t get out
There’s no way to exit the app. They let you in. They don’t let you quit. You have to swipe your phone manually, then go into app shutdown mode to stop the app from running.
Ads Are Too Long
I am dropping this app because if the ads that you can’t get out of.
No points added on to your balance when you win a Royal flush or 4 of a kind etc……

Deal/draw button
The deal/draw button dims and doesn’t let you hold anything. Them quickly goes to deal again.

This game used to be one of the better video poker apps out there. It was simple, clean, and fast. You could actually play multiple hands in a row without constantly being pulled out of the experience. Ads existed, but they were mostly optional and tied to rewards, which was fair.
That is no longer the case. The new forced ad system completely ruins the game. Long, unskippable ads now interrupt normal gameplay, not bonus rewards. You are no longer choosing to watch ads. You are being forced to watch them just to keep playing. That is a huge difference, and it makes the app feel greedy and hostile to players.
The length is the biggest issue. These are not quick interruptions. They are long enough that you forget what you were even doing in the game. Poker depends on rhythm and momentum. Sitting through extended ads you never agreed to watch destroys that completely.
I understand free games need ads. Most players do. What players do not accept is having their time taken with no choice. The old system respected players. The new system treats players like ad inventory.
What is frustrating is that the core game is still good. The interface is still good. The poker itself still works fine. But none of that matters when the app constantly drags you into forced ad breaks that feel longer than the actual hands you are playing.
There are too many other options out there to put up with this. If the developers think forcing longer ads on players will increase revenue long term, they are going to be surprised when people just uninstall instead.

Fun game
Just like at the casinos, just realize that includes the real money. Luckily, they start you off with a nice amount to get you going.

My purchase showed successful but did not load to game. Requested refund and stated it was not eligible.
