Lost all my content
Lost everything I had saved and on their servers when I upgraded phones. Tried emailing for support and was completely ignored
This used to be excellent. Voice control facility disappeared
VS is by far the best Photo and video vault. However. This version is no obsolete. I have hundreds of photos and about 100 videos. I am tetraplegic and I used to be able to control this app perfectly with VOICE CONTROL on my iPad. But now it has stopped and the only way I can gain any access is by using the grid which is incredibly laborious and time-consuming. and I would like to know what the name of the latest Version is? As I can't find anything after VS3 on the App Store?. Please let me know and I will pay for the upgrade. Warmest regards Marc

Daher wollte ich den Nachfolger, VS3, ausprobieren. Aber welch große Überraschung! Alle halbwegs sinnvollen Funktionen sind nun nur im Abo erhältlich. Die gesalzenen Preise beweisen: hier soll abgezockt werden!
Es gibt nicht mal eine dauerhafte Lizenz! Da ich, aus Prinzip, keine Abos bezahle, trennen sich hier unsere Wege!

This company is no longer in business
CONTENT LOST, SUPPORT IGNORE
DO NOT USE, all the content has been lost and every support email I have sent over the last couple of years has been ignored. The only evidence there were content previously saved is it shows some history but doesn’t not load when try to play it.
App is dead
The back button doesn’t even work unless you het all around it. Guess devs just gave up on this.

Everything disappeared
It worked great until 2 weeks ago. Everything disappeared. Contacted the company is their support twice and have never heard a thing.

All data erased
This is a money grabbing scam. They will delete any iCloud data without warning and then not respond to any support emails. Reviews are full of people with the same experience. Avoid at all cost, especially with sensitive materials.
Please restore my files
Please restore access to iCloud.
Used to be great
VS2 was great. Paid full price. Then development stopped and out popped VS3 for a whole new price/subscription. And it’s stupidly expensive and you only get bits of VS2. They should have called it BS3. Wouldn’t bother.

Use to be good
I had/have the original version, that I paid for and it was discontinued. This version wants me now to pay again but pay monthly (which I will never do for any phone apps) to even add photos or videos. Nope!

Appears the app has a bug not working properly customer service not answering any emails
To not trust this app and developer with your files.
This app used to be a one time unlimited purchase for all features and then without anything added they switched to a subscription model. Who knows where this money grab could end. They are just as likely to start data mining the photos and videos you store to gain even more money off you. BEWARE! Look for alternatives. There are many.

The app is taking up all the storage on my iPhone. Apple says it has something to do with the cache?
