where is the power packs?
Im using video star since 2019 and this update sucks, really bad that i am quitting video star. Where is the power packs? Why everything turned into pay to win? And where is one week subscription? I really hated new video star and not using it until it's old video star again.

I bought this app because everyone told me it had to move velocity, but oh my God, were they wrong. You know only did have smooth velocity. You couldn’t even have a smooth velocity. You couldn’t even put a filter. This is absolutely shocking.here’s my experience. I got the app. Then then put the video that I wanted to edit. I could not even split it. The only options that I had were to zoom in on the video. Change the colour of the background, not the background in the video just the background that I was working on. And that was it, period. Don’t get it.

Bad Update and Unfair Subscription
I’ve been using this app for YEARS—around 13 years. I’ve bought a few effects that I used and made edits with. I LOVED this app. However, a recent update and I’m no longer able to access these effects because “family sharing does not apply to in app purchases.” The thing is, I was able to access these for the two/three years, so I don’t really believe this has always been a rule. It’s really disappointing, because this has been my favorite app and video making app for forever, and now I can’t edit or do the things I used to that made it so fun. Instead of being able to use the few effects I bought, now I have to pay for a subscription to access every effect. I considered doing this, but it’s such a waste of money because I really only use a few. I understand the app is special and I am happy to repay for the effects I can no longer access. But I just can’t pay monthly/yearly to access every effect, this new update is extremely unfair to users, especially longtime ones such as myself.

About a year ago i bought the yearly subscription for £20 which i thought was reasonable. As i’ve got to get it again i see that it’s gone up to £35?? Nearly doubled in price which is ridiculous making me not want to renew- bring back the old prices

I used to use this app a while back to make edits and I even had a subscription because I enjoyed it so much. I got another subscription but I cancelled it because I stopped using the app. I decided to download it again and I get a notification saying that my account has been involved in repeat refunds, which is completely false? I’m so confused? All my old edits have been deleted, which is extremely unfair.

I love this app. I’ve been editing since 2018 and I’ve had a fair share of edits on this app. I tried to see how much it would cost for a single pack of some coloring. Why are all powerpacks deleted? Do you seriously expect us to spend monthly on all packs when most of us use less than half of them? I’ve never complained about vs because I really do love this app but this is ridiculous. Don’t expect us to spend 5.99 monthly on pro when the whole reason we used this app was because of the powerpacks we can buy without spending so much money.

sorry this app had so much potential and is genuinely a very good editing app, but why do we need to pay even what should be the basics? it is very upsetting since i wanted to try and a can’t because i have to pay for everything. it is just sad that we have to give money to even pursue editing and our passion and any other things, and thats why im giving a one star. i was very excited to start learning to edit in this app huge to discover you can not do almost anything without feeding money to it.
