I just downloaded the app and literally JUST opened it and immediately get a pop up to rate the app?
You’re LITERALLY asking me to rate something I haven’t even USED because I just opened the app for the first time. So I’m giving you one star for wasting my time and asking me to rate something BEFORE I even had a chance to use it.
Next time, wait till someone uses your app for at least an hour before asking if they like it!

Seems developers wants user to buy the app without testing it. You must allow user to use the app for few times to understand the usage and usefulness. Pls understand the concern and make free few times with few options for trials.

Love app, but…
Love this app, but when I import a new video, the video has no sound. When I add text to a video and export, the sound disappears and the video is mute. Am I doing something wrong? Can you please assist?
why is stroke on text the default
My favorite part was when the app crashed and I lost an hour of work

Ok so this app is amazing! For fonts and more but the bad thing is that when I try to save my video the app randomly closes which I don’t really like but I do love this app!
Disappointing
Same as all the other feedback you spend a lot of time editing and adding tax which works very well and seems to be easy to use. Then when you try to export it always closes out, never can download so disappointed because it worked the first time I used it and then never again.

Can’t hear the video while adding captions?
This makes the process of adding captions/subtitles to a video extremely difficult. The audio isn’t present during editing.
App sound
Might be a decent app but the sound wouldn’t work for me. I can’t edit a video if I can’t hear audio cues.

I keep loosing my progress
The app is great. It does what I need it to do and it does it well and easy. BUT! The app doesn’t save your progress. If you go out of the app for too long all your progress is GONE. If you accidentally close out the app, GONE. I wish it would occasionally save your progress or that you could have different projects. I really love this app but this is a huge thing that makes it bad for me. I hope this gets implemented in the future.

Crashes
I was using this to add text to some videos for work and I got through 2/4 videos I needed before it started to crash. It lets me go through and add text over the whole video - I can place, size, and edit it well. When I go to save it, it loads video for about 2 seconds before the app closes itself out and I lose all of my progress. I tried killing the app totally before trying again but got the same result.

Can’t download videos
I used the free version and decided to purchase the premium and as soon as I did I couldn’t download any videos and it kept saying it couldn’t open video files. Very disappointing! If someone from the company can fix the problem then fine otherwise would like a refund. Hopefully the customer service is better than the app.
