Thank you for the honest feedback — sorry the earlier version let you down. We've released major fixes: Photos import, a stronger conversion engine, an in-app audio player, and a History tab for your converted files. Please update to the latest version and try again. If anything still fails, contact us through the developer website and we'll help directly.
