Trying to use this app and it looks very easy, however, it won’t let me use the app without rating it.

That doesn’t seem to benefit anyone. I cannot do a complete review if I can’t use the program. Author does not benefit from a complete review if one cannot actually.

I don’t really feel comfortable submitting a review without adequate time to really learn the app.
