It takes forever to render a video in there, I love the effects, but it cannot identify a video from the gallery. No matter how old, or new..

doesn't work correctly anymore
instead of making smooth transitions, now it flashes the photo, practically giving the viewer a seizure, before moving into the actual transition- I've tried it with multiple transitions, saving in high quality, over & over, but this editor seems to be hopelessly broken now!

This is the best app ever I could use it for college and I’m really in love with it!
Video Edition section…
The app keeps crashing every time I select “video edit”. It’s not just my phone, but it’s my other phone and my friends phone too. I reinstalled the app, and still have the issue. However after reinstalling it, it works once, then crashes after.
Don’t buy this - no instructions
I have tried 2x tonight to make a video from pics and there aren’t any instructions the first video I tried to make disappeared when I had to get out of the app - went back into the app now I need to find my pics all over again ugh -

This app has helped me so much on my editing for YouTube vids! This app is the perfect editing app for tablets and iPhones!

Ok like no hate cause like when like in 2016 I used this app, but like bro what is this app- first of all you can’t even add how long you want the clip to be except I’m how long they let it be. Second you can’t import audio from camera roll. Third of all it would be cool if you could add text on the photo or video you have imported instead of on another scene

Goodie but oldie
I’ve used this app for countless videos but it hasn’t updated in about four years. It looks outdated upon opening the app alone. Some features cause it to crash and it could use an upgrade when it comes to effects and transitions. Great app easy to use but not very good for anything less than amateur starting projects

Scammers
If you pay for the premium like I did, then get a new phone and just re-download the app from Icloud, the previously paid features should be automatic. But that is not the case. They want more money.
Work until you purchase it
Worked fine for chromakey until I purchased the option to save to my camera roll. Now each and every time I try and start a new project, it shuts down immediately. Pathetic
Has potential, yet crashes frequently for me
This looks like it could have had the potential to be a really handy tool for quick video adjustments on the go, but it just keeps closing and crashing my phone whenever I interact with any of the tools.
Now, It is great in the sense that it has a very clean and easy to work with interface, and the tools (when not crashing) are simple yet prove to be invaluable, like reversing a video, which is not always easy to do in default apps such as iMovie.
Furthermore I would also like to add that if this app is to be continued to add something more, some more features (that you don’t have to pay for) as it seems to be lacking incentive to use.
However going back to appearances, it seems that the app has not yet been updated to fill the screen of the newer (and not so) iPhones, and there is a black bar at the top and bottom.
Sure, this does not actually affect any of the functionality of the tools on this app, and you can navigate it just fine, but it does make it look… well, out dated.
As IOS and other systems are evolving so rapidly, it’s become apparent that appearances matter. In fact they can be the deciding factor as to whether someone downloads the app or skips it.
So cleaning up this one flaw in the physical appearance may actually help gain a wider user base, as it will appear more reliable and current, with the comfort that if any bugs do arise, the developer is on hand and likely to release a patch sooner rather than later.
All in all, this app has a lot of potential, the developers just need to focus more on a couple of areas more.
