Won’t run on new iOS

This was great, but it won’t run on the newest iOS. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling and it’s a no go. IT IS NOT INTERNET CONECTIVITY, as my iPad has a cellular plan and I’ve tried it on cellular, home WiFi, work WiFi. Everything I can think of. Oh and the app support link takes you strip a skin care product. THAT IS WHY I Didn’t contact directly.

The issue you’re describing might be related to internet connectivity—if you haven’t already, please try restarting your home router or switching to cellular data. My son LOVES this app.

He loved the app so much I purchased all the animal ones. All worked fine for a while. Not sure if there was an update or not but when I put the iPad in guided access mode you used to be able access all the videos by tapping the the icon on the bottom. Now when you tap the icon nothing happens. He is only 3 and needs the guided access so he stays in the app. If this was from an update can you fix it and put it back to where you can access all categories while in guided access mode. Other than that issue the app is great!

No sound for the name

The app does not have sound for the name of the pictures. Such as pig, dog. I hope the problem can be fixed soon.

Great for speech therapy

I am a speech therapist and use this all the time for speech therapy. It’s excellent for toddlers and early intervention

为什么升级后不能够变换位置？

原来可以通过摇换屏换图片的位置。升级之后,这个功能就用不了了。

Selfish developers

Have 2 kids and each wants to play. Developers refuse t9 allow family sharing. Extremely unfavorable from an ethical standpoint.

Cannot share

Have 2 young kids and each one wants to play at same time. Husband unable to share purchased app with me. Very poor customer service and selfish of developers.

总是死机

制作的其实挺好的，特别适合教孩子认知，但是总是死机，按了图标经常视频不出现，再过一会就直接跳出app了，太让人遗憾了。

Good app but some videos need improving

Love the app but it has one video of a cow in a crowded city that is a bit sad. I’d love to see only videos of animals in a natural and healthy setting. Same with the dolphin videos in the sea life app. Unfortunately there are two videos of dolphins in an aquarium - one being petted and another one with it making a sound but the echo makes it clear it’s enclosed. it would be good to have videos of the animals in natural habitats doing things that kids love to see. Like goats climbing things, dolphins jumping, and birds diving for fish. Would happily change our review if the dolphin and cow videos were changed.

My two year old loves it

She absolutely loves this whole family of apps.
It makes her laugh and she repeats most of the animal names.
Only sad part is: we purchased for $15 (and that didn’t include the sea life), only to have them go to $0.99 each 2 days later!
Oh well!
