They give you one transcription I don’t warn you that’s all you get and then have no button to transcribe your next video. A lot of potential, but this app needs its leaders to be wiped out like the supreme Iranian leader for trying to overcharge and only give you one freebie

As with others, I paid for an annual subscription, but lost access with ZERO SUPPORT. AVOID!!!
I paid for an annual subscription but after a couple of weeks I am repeatedly locked out. Sent multiple emails to support, all bounced back undeliverable. WHAT?! Big failure.
Huge disappointment because it was awesome for a couple weeks, but useless when paid credentials don’t work and no support is available.
Shame on you.

I paid for the entire year and it stopped working after two weeks. There is no support there is no customer service. I need to figure out how to get my money back really disappointed.
