Tried to contact through app support and haven’t received any help. I have had this subscription for a while now and now it acts as if I do not. I have the active subscription through my Apple valid but nothing. Please help

I subscribed to premium and did not receive the premium features it just asks to subscribe again over and over wanting more and more money.

I tried to pay this guy right out of the gate for Premium features. No matter what I do my features are always locked. I don’t understand, do you not like money?

Doesn’t work

Maybe it was just my device but every-time I clicked convert, it started a bit and then stayed like that. I tried reloading the app, attempting different videos but nothing worked. Either way it didn’t work for me.

Grosse arnaque ne vaut rien !! A fuir !!!

Passez votre chemin cette app est une arnaque elle ne fait rien de bien. C’est inadmissible une app de si mauvaise qualité dans l’AppStore ! C’est indigne d’Apple et ainsi que le refus de rembourser les 8,99Euro d’abonnement que j’ai pris pour espérer que la conversion de la vidéo soit de meilleure qualité mais non rien. On a bien meilleur résultat avec l’application photo !
Je recommande de boycotter cette arnaque.

I have now attempted to upscale some 31 videos. Not one has a perceptible change to the quality in any way. I have attempted HD, 4K, 8K, and 16K, although every attempt scale to 16K has met with an error “not enough pixel information.”

It is clear that this app does not work. I have cancels the subscription and will be demanding a refund from the Apple Store.

Edit: developer responded to another negative review by claiming the app does not “upscale”. Which is odd because it’s literally in the app description. Further, all support is in Russian. Do NOT BUY!

Great app, has two bugs that should be fixed.

Running the latest IOS on an IPhone 15pro max. The two issues I keep getting are that even if you select a video, a previous converted video shows up in the window, and the other issue is when you hit the + button or select a video to convert, the video browser just gives you the entire video folder. It should lead to the menu that shows your separate folders. Especially if I move 20 videos from all over my library into one new folder… I’d like to be able to access that new folder to pull videos instead of navigating through my entire video folder which has thousands of videos.

Other than those two big issues, the app does exactly what it says it does. Wonderful upscaling.

Paid for Subscription not working

Hello, I paid money for the subscription in which I still have available through my apple subscriptions. However it isn’t saying I have not got a subscription and have to pay to upscale my videos. Please can you fix this. Thank you
