For FB it’s fantastic & Easy
I save multiple videos from FB. It’s fantastic and easy. With YouTube, it’s not as easy. But I love this app. It has so much potential.
Man whats happend to the app?
Man this app used to be so much better. I ised to be able to download videos from the internet, save them, edit them, edit the audio of them. But now I can’t even save them to my gallery let alone find how to do all the other stuff you used to be able to do with this app. And I could’ve sworn I payed for the full app already, why is it asking me to pay again?

Edit and save to album or sharing in whatsapp option is missing in the updated version. Older version had some edit facilities. Now waste to use this software
Purchased app asking to purchase again
I’ve already purchased this app and loved it. The app was upgraded and asking me to purchase it again. I sent several emails to fix this issue but silence on your end. Please help

I need help with downloading videos I used to download for free but now that I paid I can’t download anything. Please assist to download

Paid to get no ads when this came out years ago,updated itself in September 2024 and now I can’t download videos or send videos I have downloaded to my photo roll,used to be able to and then wats app them to friends.developers have destroyed this app it’s basically useless now thanks a lot!!

This used to be one of my favorite apps, now it’s terrible they’ve updated it and it just doesn’t work anymore. The browser is terrible now, you used to be able to go directly to a website by typing the link, now you can only search for it. And I can’t figure out how to download ANYTHING from the browser anymore. Terrible. Garbage. Change it back

Versão anterior era melhor dava pra colar os links e baixar esse formato com o navegador do Google não deixa consultar o link direto, abre a barra de busca do Google não o site.

Aber seit letzter Update ist nicht möglich Clips hinteinander oder mixed play,Auch nicht wenn die App in Hintergrund läuft funktioniert ,kann man die App nicht richtig bedienen, nächste Lied vor zurück,Pause nichts🥺nur optisch Zusehen,hoffe ihr fixt es,und die Videos bearbeiten ist schwer ,nicht stabil,man wartet fast 19 Minuten auf einen Clip mit 130 min. und kurz vor Ende , stürzt ab,auch mit Clips Fed in Out, passiert nichts,eine Version 3 Jahren war besser als Jetzt,und selbst auf ein iPhone 4 hat's besser geklappt.sogar Mehr Option als Jetzt, extrem abgespeckt und werde fast zum löschen der App von euch gezwungen😏

Can you kindly refund my money, after updating I lost everything I had, unable to restore I can't upload and save the video anymore, I paid for services that is not even working at all

I bought this app years ago, now update new version says me “Upgrade” error message when I tried creat new folder. I might purchase AD free at that time in old version app. However it doesn’t allow me to purchase lifetime option, persistently error message appears “I’ve purchased”. So I can’t upgrade and so I can’t add new folders anymore. Please fix this problem immediately.

Is the developer alive? Why the silence?
Why are the issues not being fixed. I’ve had this app for YEEAAARRS. All the sudden you changed the app to create a new subscription model…and even current users are being affected. I purchased the full version a long time ago, and now it’s asking me $17.99 one time purchase. Even if I TRY to purchase it won’t let me. This is completely broken. Even “restore purchase” doesn’t do anything. So many EMAILS sent, no response. So many negative reviews, NO updates. I’d appreciate some type of response like “working on it. expecting it to be resolved by X date” instead of ghosting….im definitely going to be switching to another app once I find one that is comparable to the ORIGINAL version of this one. -100/10
