Will not connect
Says you can connect to phone . True if you are still on your own wifi an in range. If you leave range of wifi well too bad yo only get camera is off line. Tried everything to get it to work.
If you are only want it to stay at home to monitor a room I guess it is good for that but I have yet to get sound out of it

Horrible camera and app!!
Only works on my home WiFi so what’s the point? Can’t access the camera while away from home. Junk!!

Waste of money
I used to be able to connect this app to my mobile data but as of late it will only let me access the app with Wi-Fi & not mobile data which isn’t very useful if your out at work etc & want to access the camera whilst away from home
I never used to have any issues with it at all & you got what you paid for but because now I can only use the app with Wi-Fi & not being able to use with mobile data I’m getting rid & upgrading to something more suitable & reliable

Having issues with the app not staying connected
camera is having issues My Wi-Fi isn’t working condition. Everything else is working fine except this camera that the three I have seen to be having the same issue when it comes to this app.
Doesn’t work
The camera doesn’t work, the app doesn’t work, and the app assistance doesn’t work. This thing was a total scam.

The instructions may need a slight edit, but the app so far does what it says.
As it said to do, I first found the camera on my wi-fi settings.
Opened the app once the camera was linked to the iPhone and was able to turn the night mode (IR) on/off, record, and do the functions listed.
I have not yet tried to link the camera to my business wi-fi as my intent was to use it for monitoring a water meter over night so I really only needed it to communicate with my iPhone.
The company responded quickly (on a Saturday) to simple questions like What is the minimum focus in IR mode, and they said 8cm, which should work fine.
The camera (and the app as a result) has no brightness adjust for the IR LEDs, if too bright will need to block off one or more IR LEDs to reduce illumination so as not to overpower the camera.

Won’t connect
Like many other users-I can’t get it to connect or STSY connected more than a few minutes. When it finally said connected I tried to view video stream-and it went back to OFFLINE. total waste of time
Doesn’t work, very disappointed
Bought three cameras and wasted my money. If only I had seen these reviews first. The program won’t recognise ANY wifi, let alone my one. This person should be banned from selling the cameras and for creating such a dodgy piece of rubbish!

This piece of tech simply does not work. Save your time, energy and $$ and look else where.
