How do I get support/help. I try to make video and said not enough space. Contact administration. I do not see an options of how to contact or even download the pro version.
Just what I’ve been looking for!
I don’t really care about the photo side of this app, but the video portion is simple and does what it’s supposed to do.
Effective Video Booth App
We used this app to do a DIY video message booth at our wedding. It worked great. We never had to input my lockout code once. The app never went down the whole night. Additionally, it was easy for most our guests to use. Only folks who really struggle with phones had any issues. Nonetheless, we got great videos and the app did its job.
The 3 minute limit surprised some people and the funny photo booth part wasn't intuitive to most people on first try. But minor feedback relative to the job it did.

Fantastic App
This is a great app, that we used at a recent trade show with customers and delegates. The app is easy to set up, and we connected an external iPad microphone to improve the sound quality. Looking forward to see further improvements on the app, and would like to see: (a) an overlay arrow on the recording screen reminding people to look into the lens (rather than looking at themselves 🙄), and (b) possibly the timer being moved to nearer the iPad camera lens, so they can quickly glance at how long left they have to talk.
The ability to set a recording time is inspired, and the app also has the facility to take photos if you are wanting a photo booth app. Transferring the finished videos over to camera roll, and then iMovie (for editing) was a breeze. Very impressed with the intuitive design of this app, and the developer deserves much praise. We plan to write a further review on the UKEdChat website, as we can also see an opportunity for teachers and students to use this app in schools to demonstrate learning made during a lesson or topic.
The app did exactly what we wanted during the exhibition, and will certainly use it again.

Could be more elegant
Videobooth is ok, just ok.
It's rather an inelegant app for a wedding guestbook. I think if they updated it to a modern style and also allow for customisation of the look and feel that would be a start. Weddings generally have styles, colours and themes and it would be an advantage to allow users to customise the colours (and fonts) to match their wedding. As it is the colours are drab and the fonts are clunky.
Also, it should give the option of disabling the silly gimmicks in the photo options, I don't want these things for my wedding guests' digital messages - if it was a children's party, OK, but a sophisticated wedding? Nah.
The buttons for taking a video or shooting a photo could also be more modern. At the end of the day the idea is very good but this app needs to be more polished for me to be able to put it down on my Guestbook table.
Finally, on the screen where guests see the introduction I don't want the "I" button there with al the promotion text about Videobooth. It's not a free app, it's actually very expensive and I would rather you didn't then use the app as an advertising tool at the same time.
