Can only connect to cameras on the same WiFi as the DVR if I’m out just says connection failed, terrible app, get a new DVR this company is terrible

iPad installed, login failed?
App can be installed on my iPad, but after setup IP address & admin password...login failed...in 2016; iPad working, after iOS update, then no app available...now, app available for iPad...not working in 2019???
Dosent work on 4g
Sort it out. Its been an issue for a while and is frustatimg when you cant view when your out and about. Pointless app if it dosent work.

Remote play back needs work
Unable to move slider on the Remote play back and have it play that time frame, it jumps back sometimes half hour and sometimes full hour, never had the opportunity to select and approx. play back time I chose.
Doesn’t work
I used video defence for business purposes but time is always wrong. And video on LTE OR 4g network. Doesn’t work most of time.
iOS 11 iPad and iPhone
Worked great until ios11! Now works on iPhone but not on iPad!, what the hell? Both are iOS 11.2.5 but only one works...fix it! Or is there another pgm that can work on the cameras??

Strange app works from time to time and sometimes not working on wifi NEEDS UPDATE
Really bad app.
I installed our cameras after reports of neighbours houses getting broken into, the app connected to the cameras at first but after a few days I have to reboot the cameras to get it to work on the app, not good for if I'm on holiday and the app decides it doesn't want to connect. The hard drive does still record everyday for playback, but I would love to view it all live on my phone.

Was a good app but since the update I can't even log in any more, but I can on a Samsung s5 and s7, fix this please or I wil have to find another app :-( I have been using this app for over a year now and it has had constant fault after fault
